NJ68/NJ68 Pro: Fn+R to pair the 2.4Ghz connection

NJ80/81: FN+4 to pair the 2.4Ghz connection

2. Basic Introducation for the BT Pairing

For the first using time, Long Press the Combo keys (3 seconds) to launch the Bluetooth Pairing, when the light of 1/2/3 | Q/W/E blinks in short interval, open the Bluetooth Manager in PC, and then select the BT 5.0KB(Win7 is BT 3.0) to pair, when the pairing process is complete, the light will disappear.

Up to 3 devices can be paired with Bluetooth, shortly press FN+1/2/3 | Q/W/E to switch the devices. The light will blink in longer interval when switching the devices.

3. Basic Introducation for the 2.4Ghz Connection

For the first time using or pairing another new device, please LONG press the combo key to launch the 2.4Ghz connection, when the light of 4/R key blinks in short interval, insert the 2.4Ghz receiver, the pairing process is completed when the light disappears.

4. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why the wireless connection is not stable sometimes?

A: Wireless singal can be impacted by the using situation greatly, please make sure the keyboard is not close to the WiFi route or some other wireless device. If it is still not stable, please kindly contact your seller to check the wirless modular.

Q: Why the light does not blink in short interval?

A: It is better to not press FN combo keys at the time, sometimes the combo key may not get recognized they are pressed at the same time. If it still not work, please contact the seller to check it.

Q: Why the light of 2.4Ghz connection keeps blinking when out of box?

A: The QC team usually finished the QC process under the 2.4Ghz connection, so it will blink when open the power switch. Please just complete the 2.4Ghz pairing process to make it disappear if you do not need to use the 2.4Ghz connection.

Q: Can I remap the combo keys for the wireless connection?

A: They are unable to be remapped, or the keyboard may be in conflicts.

Q: The 2.4Ghz is not in the package of NJ80 keyboard?

A: There is a 2.4Ghz receiver storage slot in the back of keyboard, right above the power switch.
